# What's not covered by Shipping Protection?
## Shipping Protection does not cover manufacturing defects, post-delivery damage, missing items, or incorrect items, but our support team is always available to help resolve these issues.
Our Shipping Protection Plan is designed to give you peace of mind while your order is on its way. That said, there are a few situations it doesn't apply to.
Shipping Protection does not cover manufacturing defects, damage that occurs after delivery, missing items, or incorrect items received. If you run into any of these issues, don't worry - Contact Us for help! While these situations aren't covered under Shipping Protection, we'll gladly work with you to find the best possible solution and get things sorted out quickly.
