What is air ride suspension and how does it work?

Air ride suspension replaces coil springs with adjustable air bags - letting you raise or lower your car instantly for the perfect show stance or the clearance you need on the street.

Air ride suspension - also called air spring suspension - replaces traditional coil springs with inflatable rubber or polyurethane air bags filled with compressed air. An onboard compressor inflates or deflates the bags to raise or lower the car, with a management system controlling everything from inside the cabin or via smartphone app.

Why choose air suspension?

Air ride gives you the ability to change your car's ride height on the fly. Slam the car to the ground at a show, raise it to clear a steep driveway, or find a comfortable cruising height for the highway - all with the push of a button. This versatility is the defining feature of air suspension and is why it is the top choice for show cars and enthusiast daily drivers alike.

How the system works

A compressor maintains pressure in a tank, and solenoid valves route air to each corner individually. This means you can adjust the front and rear - or even each corner - independently, giving you precise control over stance, handling, and ride height at all times.
